Company structure and legal frameworks

Frenulotomy (Tongue-tie services) are managed by Prideaux Consultancy Ltd but we are yet to register with Care Quality Commission as a regulated Independent frenulotomy (tongue-tie) service for infants to support infant feeding within the context of lactation consultancy in private clinics and in the community (people’s homes). We were previously CQC Registered under Calm Baby (Heavens Gate Ltd and were inspected in 2022 with a rating after inspection of ‘Good’.
